The anticipated level of saving is based on our survey of your site. We employ a combination of techniques the benefits of which, when added together, can easily provide the anticipated saving, and in many other cases even higher.

Accurate temperature control

Thermostats generally control to ± 2 to 3°C while our systems can control to an accuracy of ± 0.1°C. The significance of this is that each degree saved can reduce your bill by 10% and improves occupant comfort.

No tampering

Thermostats invite tampering because everyone 'knows' how to adjust them. Our system can be adjusted, but not by anyone, as a PIN is required. The amount of change is restricted and is even automatically reset the following day. Reducing tampering can reduce your bill by 10%. But don't worry you will still have full control over your system - system managers can still change temperatures and operating times using our PC software.

Intelligent time control

Maximising 'off time' is the key to saving energy. Our controllers use well-proven optimum start and stop routines to control the operating times of your heating and air conditioning systems. These vary the on and off times each day to account for outside and space temperature conditions. Because of its efficiency benefit, optimum start/stop and other forms of weather compensation are part of the current building regulations.

Stop wasted heat

Loading bay doors left open waste energy. A simple door switch will switch off the heater if the door is open for a preset time. This can save as much as 10%.

Proportional burner control

Proportional burner control can reduce space heating energy use by up to 15%. We apply this technique to every gas or oil fired heater that you have on site.
